Membership Terms & Conditions
By enrolling in the New Earth Mystery School (NEMS), you agree to the following Terms. If you do not agree, please do not proceed.
What’s Included:
Your membership includes:
- • A monthly LIVE Masterclass, Activation, Healing, or Workshop
- • A Bonus Bundle of masterclasses and meditations
- • Access to our private members-only community
To access the member space on Mighty Networks, simply:
- 1. Enter your name and email
- 2. Wait for admin approval (within 24 hours)
Replay Access Policy:
LIVE session replays are available for 30 days as part of your active membership. After this period, they are no longer included in your membership access; they may be offered separately for purchase. Purchased replays are for individual use only and are not added to your membership library.
Billing:
Membership fees are charged monthly or annually in USD and renew automatically unless canceled before your next billing date. All sales are final.
You may upgrade from a Monthly to Annual membership at the end of your current billing cycle. Cancel your current plan first, then re-enroll under the new option when your billing period ends.
Pausing or Downgrading Membership:
At this time, we do not offer options to pause or downgrade memberships. You may cancel anytime and rejoin when ready, but previous pricing, benefits, or access may not be guaranteed.
Refunds:
All sales are final and non-refundable. You may cancel at any time to stop future payments.
Cancellation:
Cancel anytime via your account dashboard. No future charges will apply, but past payments are non-refundable.
Recordings & Consent:
All LIVE sessions are recorded. If your camera is on, you consent to being recorded and grant NEMS the right to use footage for promotional purposes. Keep your camera off if you prefer not to appear.
Sharing Policy:
Membership is for personal use and may be shared only with household family members. Sharing login details outside your home is prohibited.
Community Standards:
By enrolling in NEMS, you enter into a sacred energy exchange. You agree to participate with integrity, personal responsibility, and openness to inner growth. We reserve the right to energetically and/or administratively remove members whose presence disrupts the sanctity of the space. We reserve the right to revoke membership without refund if behavior is deemed disruptive or harmful.
Content Use:
All content, materials, activations, videos, and recordings shared within NEMS are the sole intellectual property of Eldora & Siman and the New Earth Mystery School. By enrolling, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access this material for your spiritual development. Redistribution, resale, or unauthorized sharing in any form—public or private—is strictly prohibited.

NEMS reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and membership benefits at any time. Continued use of the membership constitutes acceptance of any changes.
